Description
Other Than Full and Open Justification (Brand Name) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, FA2517-13-T-6023, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69 effective 1 Aug 2013. (iv) This procurement is not a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 511210, Software Publishers, and the size standard is $25M. A single award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Offerors will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation. (v) The memorandum entitled "Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition" is attached. The item required is being procured as CommVault Brand Name. This requirement is for CommVault Software Maintenance Support in accordance with the following CommCell ID F905F description: 1 Advanced Feature Bundle - CommServe upgrade 7 Advanced Feature Bundle - MediaAgent upgrade 1 CommCell Disaster Recovery License 1 CommServe 3 DA-Active Directory 12 DA-Exch MB/DB/PF/WF 18 DA-MS Exchange Data Protection Client, Windows 4 DA-MS SQL Database Protection Client, Windows 14 DA-Virtual Infrastructure Host Tier 1 7 DA-Windows FS client 7 Media Agent (Windows) 160 Std Disk 1TB Tier-B (50-99TB) CommCell Capacity License (vi) Quotes submission: Item identification to include CommCell ID numbers, description, pricing information, terms & conditions. (Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 30 days after submittal). Also submit DUNS, CAGE Code, FOB Point, Discount Terms, Delivery Date and DFAR 252.209-7999 Representation by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law (Jan 2012) (vii) The commercial item being requested shall be priced as FOB destination to Peterson AFB, CO. The government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition.
