Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region, Folsom, CA Office has a requirement for relays in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) DE-SOL-0006026. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-67. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Code (NAICS) is 335314 and the business size standard is 750 employees. Please note that the solicitation document provides a close date of 08/12/2013.
