- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted supplies and services, unless specified as provided by the Government. Services include, but are not limited to: Lodging for the 80th TTC. Period of performance is for a base year beginning 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2014 and two option years 1 October 2014 to 30 September 2016. Target start date is on 1 October 2013. This acquisition is Subject to the Availability of Fiscal Year 2014 funds (SAF). Specifications are within the performance work statement which will be included in the solicitation. Generally needed are 12 rooms per month (4 rooms x 3 days) x 12 months = 144 rooms per year. This is a commercial acquisition. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as small business set aside with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 721110. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 8/21/2013 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the SAM at the time of award.
