Description
GSA intends to issue a Request for Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for 4 NSN(s) in the FSC 8030 to satisfy the requirements of the Special Order Program for Direct Deliveries within the Continental United States. Two items are in accordance with SAE Specification AMS-S-8802C and contain Qualified Products List(QPL)/Qualified Products Database(QPD) requirements. One Item is in accordance with Commercial Item Description A-A-272B, and one item is in accordance with SAE Specification AMS 3277G. Awards will be made to the low averaged quote(s), based upon the three prices quoted for the price break quantities specified. To be considered for award, all three price break quantities must be quoted, shipping time of 45 DARO or less must be met, and no negative (less than 'Satisfactory' rating) performance reports are found in FAPIIS and/or PPIRS that would lead to a non-responsibility determination. Orders will be shipped to any location within the United States. Orders to be shipped to a final destination overseas will be sent by the awarded contractor to a distribution center for final shipment overseas. The period of the SPQ will not exceed a 12 month time frame. There is no guarantee of orders and the SPQ can be cancelled at any time. DELIVERY TERMS ARE FOB ORIGIN, PREPAY AND ADD. THIS IS NOT AN ORDER. The previous provider for the NSNs and demand information is attached. The Government will make award to the responsible contractor whose quote, conforming to the request for quote (RFQ), will be most advantageous to the Government. By signing the 1449 signature document, the contractor verifies that the items they are quoting meet the Item Purchase Descriptions as well as any applicable clauses. PLEASE SUBMIT SIGNATURE DOCUMENT, VENDOR RESPONSE DOCUMENT, SCHEDULE OF GOODS, MILITARY MARKING DOCUMENT, ADDITIONAL FILL-IN CLAUSES, AND MSDS SHEETS WHEN SUBMITTING QUOTE. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR QUOTE AND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS NO LATER THAN, THURSDAY, AUGUST 15, 2013 AT 3:00 P.M. EST AND 2:00 P.M. CST. Questions may be directed to Kathy VanNatta at (816) 823-1718, or email kathy.vannatta@gsa.gov.
