Exhibit I-General Clauses for La Grande, Oregon (GSA Form 3517B Exhibit H-USDA/OCIO/ITS Requirements for La Grande, Oregon Exhibit G-Seismic Forms for La Grande, Oregon Exhibit F-Reps & Certs for La Grande, Oregon (GSA Form 3518A) Exhibit E-Security Requirements for La Grande, Oregon Exhibit D-Agency Specific Requirments for La Grande, Oregon Exhibit C-Simplified Lease Proposal Data for La Grande, Oregon (GSA Form 1364A-1) Exhibit B-Simplified Lease Proposal for La Grande, Oregon (GSA Form 1364A) Exhibit A-Lease Form L201A, Simplified, for La Grande, Oregon RLP for USDA Service Center in La Grande, Oregon The US Department of Agriculture is interested in leasing approximately 2,850 to 3,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Square Feet in La Grande, Oregon. The property must be located within the city limits of La Grande, Oregon as of October 4, 2012. This lease is to be fully-serviced and will include all costs such as janitorial services, supplies, utilities, tenant emprovement costs, etc... Those costs are to be provided as part of the rental consideration and amortized over the first five (5) year term of the lease. The lease term is five (5) years with no firm term and one five (5) year renewal option. USDA will consider space that is economically advantageous to the Government. In making that determination, USDA will consider, amoung other things, the availability of space that can potentially meet the Government's needs, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs and employee downtime.
