- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Description: The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (LSCDVAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio, 44106 anticipates soliciting sources and subsequently awarding a contract for the construction project known as "Replacement of flooring in the MICU Unit." The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and travel, to perform work under this project. The work will include but not be limited to general construction, subfloor testing, field verifications, labor, material, equipment, supplies, and incidentals, etc. to remove existing flooring and wall base, and install new vinyl flooring and rubber wall base. The location of the work will be at the above stated address. The solicitation will be issued as an "Invitation for Bid" conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 14, 19, and 36 and be evaluated in accordance with the procedures therein. The solicitation will be a 100% set-aside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation, when issued, will include specifications and drawings. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. Magnitude of Construction is expected to be between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government reserves the right to use only the internet as notification of any modifications to this notice. It is the offers' responsibility to view the FBO website daily for any modifications to this notice. Telephone questions will not be accepted. The Government will coordinate an organized site visit shortly after the solicitation is posted to FBO.
