Section B: Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items The U.S. Small Business Administration's San Diego District Office for Procurement located 550 West C Street, Suite 550, San Diego, CA 92101 has a requirement for the following: Item 1: 1 Year Copier Maintenance for One (1): - Konica Minolta Bizhub Pro 950 - Serial #: A0Y5012000175 *Invoicing to be billed monthly in arrears Item 2: Copier Overage Charge (Currently at 51,000 copies per month) *To be billed monthly in arrears *Period of Performance: September 30, 2013 through September 29, 2014 This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as suppelemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested from this document and a written solicitation shall NOT be issued. The NAICS is 811212 and the small business size standard is $25.5 Million Dollars. This is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation number is SBAHQ-13-Q-0065. FAR 15 is not applicable to this procurement. This solictation shall be a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-62 (December 20, 2012). In accordance to FAR Subpart 4.1102 contractors MUST be registered in System fo rAward Management (SAM) and DUNS number shall be required to award https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Please reply no later than 12:30pm MST, August 14, 2013 with your quotes/replies. Quotes received after this time may not be considered.
