- Notice of Intent to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source, to Jeppesen Sanderson Inc., 55 Inverness Drive East, Englewood, CO 80112, for aircraft dispatch service dispatching military aircraft worldwide to include aerial refueling. We also intend to award a sole source for navigational flight data and charts to perform flight planning. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a request for offers. Proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to the requirement by providing written notification to the point of contact (POC) no later than 12:00 pm (noon) EST, September 8, 2013. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail to demonstrate the interested parties capabilities to perform the requirement for aircraft dispatch and navigational charting services. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be submitted via e-mail to joyce.baker@ang.af.mil. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted.
