Description

SOW SSJ Catholic Chaplains for WPAFB: The solicitation number is FA8601-13-T-0236. The NAICS Code is 813110. The size standard is $7 Million. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed sole source is Father Denis Dirscherl. Father Disrcherl will provide service to both the hospital and parish regarding counseling, spiritual nurturing and other pastoral care with a maximum hours of 20 hour per week. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any information received within five (5) days of issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
