- RFP number 13-233-SOL-00379 is hereby cancelled, and no award will be made. A replacement RFP will be issued within five (5) working days. Please note that each Offeror has the option of submitting a complete new proposal in response to the new RFP, or can request to use Volumes I and/or Volume II (Technical and Past Performance) that were submitted previously in response to RFP number 13-233-SOL-00379. If the Offeror chooses to use either of the previously submitted Volumes, no changes will be allowed, i.e., no page swapping, or amending, etc. The Offeror shall submit a singed, dated cover sheet for each volume, clearly stating the Offeror's intent to use Volume ____ previously submitted in response to 13-233-SOL-00379 in its entirety as Volume __ in response to RFP 13-233-SOL-___.
