- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912KN-13-T-1045 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-39. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. (See 19.502-2) The NAICS code and small business size standard for this procurement are 315211 and 500 employees respectively. The vendor must state in their quotation their business size for this procurement. USPFO for FORT DIX NJ-PFO-PC has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for Army Service Uniforms and related components and accessories for the Funeral Honors Program. We are requesting uniform packages / accessories. As There is no requirement for alterations with this solicitation. All major uniform items (coats, trousers, slacks, skirts, caps, and shirts) as well as insignia and rank must come from Natick certified (cloths goods) or the Institute of Heraldry-approved (insignia) vendors. The uniform coloring must match existing uniform coloring, with samples available upon request. Any of equal ASU components must provide the same salient characteristics as the Marlow White ASU items.
