Description

SOLE SOURCE STATEMENT SYNOPSIS Cost includes manufacture, installation and calibration new 50K Hydraulic Cylinder, new 50K Weatherproof Load cell and New 7.5 Ton Electric Hoist for repair and upgrade to 30,000 lb capacity test tower. The existing equipment is in poor shape and difficult to repair, as parts have become unavailable. This has led to unsafe conditions, extra man-hours of labor to perform our mission and frequent down-time. The repair/upgrade will improve reliability, performance and safety. Vendor will disconnect and remove old equipment from present location; Install all above equipment; Start up, troubleshoot, and calibrate new equipment. Unit will be fully operational and ready to perform upon completion of work. Cost also includes evaluation, drafting, off-site engineering, testing, packaging, on-site crane and all associated hardware.
