Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: carpentry, steam fittings, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, masonry, welding, HVAC, and electrical distribution. SABER will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type with a period of performance of five (5) years.
