- Sole Source Letter Redacted THIS IS A NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA); THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOCA OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOCA IS TO NOTIFY INDUSTRY OF THE USAF'S INTENT OF CONTRACT ACTION AND POSSIBLY GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF OTHER POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. AFTC/PZIOA, Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price LMS, 5755 New King Street, Troy, MI 48098. This will be for the 412 TENG/ENV. This acquisition falls under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 "Commercial items", and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition. DESC: Qty 1 - Test.lab Desktop - Advanced Annual Support. P/N: TL-DTP.21.1-NP. Qty 1 - Test.lab Geometry Workbook Annual Support. P/N: TL-GEO.03.2-NP. Qty 1 - Test.lab Modal Analysis Workbook Annual Support. Qty 1 - Test.lab PolyMAX Annual Support. P/N: TL-MOD.25.3-NP. Qty 1 - Test.lab Automatic Modal Parameter Selection Annual Support. P/N: TLMOD. 27.3-NP. Qty 1 - Test.lab Ground Vibration Testing manager Annual Support. P/N: TLSTR. 31.2-NP. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210 and the size standard is $35,500,000.00. Any interested parties believing they can meet all the requirements listed above, may submit a response.
