Description

The Fargo VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Messiah Lutheran Church for temporary parking services. NAICS Code 812930 Parking Lots and Garages, with a size standard of $35.5M will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the proximity of the church to the VA Hospital for temporary employee parking during construction.
