- Synopsis for Chillicothe VAMC Dairy Requirement This requirement is for Dairy products, specifically various types of milk. The specifics such as estimated volumes and package sizes will be listed in the Request for Proposal, section B. Packaging of these products is in accordance with commercial packaging. Various types of milk products will be needed such as skim milk, chocolate milk, buttermilk, and low fat milk. The details of these products and estimated volume requirements will be placed in the RFP to follow. It is anticipated that this will be a base year contract with options periods of one year each. This will be an ID/IQ contract with fixed unit pricing using best value determination as the evaluation. It is anticipated that the RFP will be posted 8/5/13.
