Description

Sole Source J&A The Marine Corps Forces Command (MARFORCOM) Contracting Office, Norfolk, VA 23551 intends to award a sole source contract to Transparent Language, Inc for a one year license agreement for access to the CL-150 Technology Matrix for Critical Languages pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(b)(i),' Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements'. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements described herein may submit a response; which, if received by closing date of this announcement will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
