- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2E1SS3170A001 - SOS Ops Desk and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Total Small Business. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the lowest price. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-67. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214. The SB size standard for this code is 500 EMP. CLIN0001 - Ops Desk Console per Statement of Work (SOW). 1 Ea CLIN0002 - Project Management Services. 1 Ea CLIN0003 - FreightCartage & Shipping Info. 1 Ea CLIN0004 - Installation. 1 Ea CLIN0005 - New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax if on site labor is required. 1 Ea Please see attached Statement of Work. There will be a site visit on 7 August 2013 at 2:00pm MST. The location will be building 318 on Holloman AFB. Those wishing to participate will meet at the visitor center at the main gate. Please bring with you a valid form of government ID and contact the primary POC listed below no later than 5 August 2013 by 10:00am MST with the attending number in your party. If you are interested in the site visit please response with your full legal name, your full social security number, your place of birth, your date of birth and your current citizenship. All items shall be delivered to Holloman AFB, NM 88330. FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items (Feb 2012) applies to this acquisition.
