Description

Western States Network Consortium (WSNC), is soliciting quotes for a contractor to provide Pharmaceutical Academic Detail Training Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Mental Illness Research Education and Clinical Center Academic Detailing Basic Skills Training Workshop. A complete statement of work will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will result in the award to a single contractor of a firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The anticipated period of performance 1 September 2013 to 31 August 2014 for a base year plus four(4) one-year option periods. This procurement is unrestricted.
