Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N00259-13-T-0286. THIS ORDER IS ISSUED SUBJECT TO THE 2014 DOD APPROPRIATION ACT OR AN EXTENDED FISCAL YEAR 2013 CONTINUING RESOLUTION ACT AND IS SUBJECT TO ALL PROVISIONS OF WHICHEVER ACT BECOMES APPLICABLE.
