Description

PWS for Range Service J&A for Mobile Firing Range Service The U.S. Coast Guard Base Seattle (fp) intends to procure Sole Source. The intended award is for an annual service agreement to provide preventative maintenance for mobile firing ranges in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The potential awardee is: Laser Shot 4214 Bluebonnel Dr. Stafford, TX 77477 Justification for other than full and open competition is attached to support this intended sole source and is available for review. This procurement will use Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 and Policies in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition for Commercial Items. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238220 and Size Standard $14.0. If there are any interested vendors/contractors that are certified to work on Laser Shots propriety software and system, please submit an email to gregory.m.hermsen@uscg.mil prior to 08AUG13 at 9:00 AM (PST)
