- The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation modification is to re-solicit Solicitation W91RUS-13-T-0054 for ruggedized, headless computers, with a number of changes. Original Solicitation titled: W91RUS-13-T-0054 Solicitation.doc (posted 1 May 2013) Description of Requirement: The US Army Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona, has a requirement for Brand Name or Equal Golden Eye III Virtual S902R-SVM ruggedized headless computers. Please see the attached Conform Copy document for all salient characteristics, specifications, and requirements for this acquisition. Please be sure to read all sections and instructions carefully and completely. All required documentation and information must be received prior to the closing date and time. The Government intends to award based upon quotes as received. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation on an all or none basis. Offer must demonstrate the ability to meet all the terms and conditions of the solicitation. To provide background information, a combined solicitation and synopsis for ruggedized headless computers was originally posted on the FedBizOpps website on 1 May 2013. There have been five amendments to the solicitation. The Conform Copy incorporates all changes in the five modifications and provides a single, inclusive solicitation document. In submitting a quote, you may either 1) sign and return the Conform Copy and acknowledge in writing that you have received and reviewed the original solicitation and all five modifications or you may 2) sign and return the original solicitation and all five modifications. QUOTES shall be submitted electronically via email to Alison Barrett at alison.r.barrett.civ@mail.mil and Richard Wilson at richard.a.wilson246.civ@mail.mil, NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M.
