- This Amendment to W91248-13-R-0006 is issued as follows: 1. Interested party questions and responses have been addressed. 2. Proposal due date has been changed from 1000 CST, Monday, 29 July 2013 to 1300 CST, Monday, 5 August 2013. 3. The Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) is revised to include a metric for the on board weighing system. 4. PWS C.5.1.4 has been revised to include DPW reimbursable customers. 5. Offerors are advised that they must acknowledge this amendment by completing items 8 and 15 of the Standard Form (SF) 30, and returning 1 copy to this office. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for 8(a) firms. Please see attachments for solicitation W91248-13-R-0006, Refuse and Recycling Collection Services, Fort Campbell, KY. Please submit any questions in writing to Mr Brad Davis, bradford.a.davis.civ@mail.mil, and Ms Wanda Jobe, wanda.f.jobe.civ@mail.mil. A site visit will be held on 16 July 2013 at 1000 CST. If planning to attend the site visit, please confirm in writing to the email addresses listed above. Close date for this solicitation is 5 August 2013, 1300 CST. Proposals received after this time will be considered late, and therefore not considered. Further, proposals must include all documentation required by the Solicitation by this time. This includes the requirement for the proposal to be submitted in both one hard copy, and one digital copy. Any proposal not including all required information by this time will be considered non-responsive, and therefore not considered. Any question regarding this solicitation shall be submitted, in writing to the email addresses listed above, by Thursday, 18 July 2013, 1200 CST. Questions will not be accepted after this time.
