- Description
- The Forest Service (FS) is soliciting bids to decommission portions of the road network, reconstruct approximately 260 feet of road, and construct a parking area Campton, NH within the White Mountain National Forest, Pemigewasset District. The roadway damage occurred as a result of Tropical Storm Irene. The contractor(s) shall provide all expertise, labor, supervision, services, equipment, tools, supplies, permits (when and if required), coordination with utilities, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the roadway repairs and other associated minor activities. The desired outcome is in strict accordance with the standards attached to this solicitation and adherence to the contract awarded. Pre-bid Tour - A tour will be conducted onsite August 8, 2013 at 10:00 am. No additional pre-bid tour is scheduled. Project Location - Campton Day Use area is located in Campton New Hampshire, approximately 1 mile from the intersection of Route 49 and Route 175. Site is on the right side of Route 49.
