Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Heartland Network, intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Spacelabs Medical, Inc. This notice of intent is to negotiate on a sole source basis with Spacelabs Medical, Inc. to provide a software support agreement for the existing Spacelab's ICS system, located at the St. Louis VA Medical Center, 915 N. Grand Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63106-1621. This agreement is for a one year with four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available.
