- Solicitation Number: AG-7335-S-13-0006 Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) State Office in Stillwater, OK will solicit for Wetland Reserve Program Restoration Project in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma under AG-7335-S-13-0006 on approximately August 6, 2013. The work will be performed on two different sites located with a few miles of each other. The first site will consist of installation of two wetland embankments, installing one structure for water control, one circular pond, one square pond, four snake islands, and three excavated swales, placing temporary cover crop, planting bermudagrass vegetation and fertilizing, planting native grass, and placing hay mulch. The second site will consist of removing water from existing scour hole, reconstructing the wetland embankment, and placing mulch sod and hay mulch. The magnitude of the project is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $33.5mil. The Product Service Code is Y1QA. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business set-aside. Site visits will be publicized in the solicitation package. Interested contractors must be registered in and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
