Description

Strategic Acquisition Center-Frederick, Department of Veterans Affairs, Frederick, MD, intends to award a sole source one-time purchase order to Sandhill Scientific Inc., 9150 Commerce Center Cir, Suite 500, LITTLETON, CO, 80129, for the purchase of High Resolution Anorectal Module and on-site training. Authority to purchase this equipment and service using the sole source method derives from 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(c). The purchase will be a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. The anticipated award date is July 31, 2013. Please note that this is not a request for competitive responses. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
