- Solicitation Number: VA261-13-Q-1272 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12.603(c)(2) will be used. NAICS code is 334614, size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside. Only qualified Small Business offerors can participate in this procurement. Award will be made to the responsive/responsible offeror who provides a technically acceptable Brand Name or Equal product at the lowest price.
