- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure a welded exposure rack and set of 45 degree positioning arms. The exposure rack and components are being procured on a sole source basis from Q-Lab Corporation of Clevelandk, OH. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
