- Description
- The Georgia Army National Guard (GA ARNG) is in the process of issuing a solicitation for Career and Retention Services (CaRS) for a (1) year pilot program. The GA ARNG is in need of comprehensive strategic CaRS. This effort will ultimately assist the GA ARNG in delivering focused effort, individualized customer service, improved metrics and capacity building in order to meet and maintain congressionally mandated end-strength for both the state and its units. These services will focus on the decision cycle of Soldiers as they move through their service periods, the requirements of their units, and the ARFORGEN cycle. A formal solicitation will be issued on or about 1 August 2013. An anticipated award date of 10 September 2013 is projected.
