- NSN: 3110-01-175-8824, BEARING, BALL, AIRFRAME This solicitation will be solicited for award on an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) under Commercial Procedures I/A/W FAR 13.5. Item is Source Controlled to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORP (CAGE CODE 78286), In Accordance With Basic Drawing Number 78286 70305-22800, REVISION NR B DTD 09/27/1994, PART PIECE NUMBER: 70305-22800-102, and Approved Source of Supply: Dover Engineered Systems, Inc. (CAGE CODE 97613) P/N 70305-22800-102. Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin and FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 100 Days ARO. This NSN is Higher Level Contract Quality and Assurance. Item is not Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP on July 15, 2013. In addition, reverse auctioning clause 52.215-9023 will be included in the solicitation. If item is a source controlled drawing then DLAD 52.217-9023 "Restriction of Alternate Offers for Source Controlled Items" will apply. If item is a part numbered item then DLAD 52.217-9002 "Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items" will apply. Surge and Sustainment does not apply. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Request For Quotations (RFQ) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) and Contract Type is an Commercial Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) with a Three Year Base Period and a Two Year Option Period. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 138 each, Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 138 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 552 each, and Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 552 each. The Guaranteed Minimum of 138 is applicable to the base year only. This RFQ will be solicited as Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFQ. The anticipated RFQ issue date is July 16, 2013, anticipated award date is July 31, 2013. A copy of the RFQ will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFQ.
