Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 17, is seeking contractors to provide Clinical Video Technology equipment, room(s) and staff in support of telemental health care services for Veterans in rural areas. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity solicitation with an anticipated period of performance beginning September 1, 2013 through August 31, 2014 with four (4) one (1) year options at the discretion of the VA Medical Center. The goal of this solicitation is to improve the access and quality of Mental Health services for Veterans in geographically isolated areas, typically in rural locations. The applicable NAICS code is 621420 and the size standard is $14 Million. Award(s) will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable based on the requirements provided in the Solicitation. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs reserves the right to make multiple awards to achieve adequate coverage for all areas specified in the Solicitation. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to the website. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
