- Solicitation Number: W912PF-13-T-0056 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12 using Commercial Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912PF-13-T-0056 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation is unrestricted and all interested offerors shall submit written quotes electronically as instructed below (oral proposals will not be accepted). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 811118. The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to purchase the following service: This project consists of maintenance services including all parts, required testing and certifications for the Exhaust System and Pressure Washing system within the facilities used by AFSBn-Italy to perform maintenance and supply of military vehicles/equipment within Camp Darby Livorno, Depot area. The work includes, but is not limited to, routine and preventive, maintenance, cleaning, minor repair, replacement, adjustment and disposal of used parts, testing and certifications. Contractor will provide to the COR all parts certifications, required reports prepared by qualified personnel, and disposal authorizations. This project will keep all the Exhaust System and Pressure Washers into full compliance of all current codes and standards as well as provide 100% operational equipment with full capabilities for AFSBn-Italy during AFSBn-Italy operating hours. The Contractor must also prepare and maintain technical data sheets (approved by the COR) on all equipment maintenance as required by the COR. The Contractor will provide qualified personnel to perform electrical, mechanical, and specialized tasks as required (qualified electrical technician capable of certifying all electrical work performed on all the Exhaust System and Pressure Washers; qualified mechanical technician capable of certifying all mechanical work performed on all the Exhaust System and Pressure Washers); the Contractor will provide monthly maintenance, testing, and certification requirements; original spare parts compatible with the ones indicated by the factory for equipment; maintenance reports outlining maintenance performed, critical repairs completed, and critical repairs required; monthly schedule showing dates of required maintenance inspections, preventive maintenance activities, scheduled repairs, and any other scheduled events as required by the COR; preventive maintenance plans and schedule; disposal of used hazardous parts by certified/qualified personnel (certification must be provided after disposal); continual updates to maintenance plan including description of all repair parts, maintenance parts, and equipment; continual updates to equipment quote mark libretti quote mark respecting US and Italian Industrial Safety requirements; certificate of compliance that all equipment meet applicable OSHA and ANSI/ASME regulations with contractor citing OSHA and ANSI/ASME regulations applicable. The systems do not currently have equipment quote mark Libretti quote mark and thus, the contractor must provide approved Equipment Manuals ( quote mark Libretti quote mark ) and continue to update with equipment maintenance records. In addition, the Contractor will use the quote mark Registro Di Controllo Attrezzature quote mark, D.M 11 aprile 2011 e D.Lgs.9 aprile 81/2008, for reporting monthly inspection and maintenance performed. The COR will provide a copy of this quote mark Registro quote mark for review but it will be the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain one quote mark Registro quote mark per piece of equipment, update, and complete with each monthly inspection/maintenance performed as part of this contract. Translations in English are required.
