- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: S13-0289 - W81EWF31438042 This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS Code 511210 with a size standard of $35.5M. 1. BACKGROUND: XenMobile is a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform designed to manage, monitor and support the BlackBerry, iOS and Android mobile device platforms. Their modular platform design powered by proprietary technology deploys fast and enables the Army Corps of Engineers, Information Technology (ACE-IT) to proactively prevent problems, baseline performance, alert with answers, track activations/changes, trend service levels, verify compliance, track carriers and find, fix or escalate issues, retrieve user data while using a secure console. Brand Name Justification is attached. 2. REQUIREMENTS: See the attached Statement of Work for details. 3. RESPONSES: Response to this SOW shall include the following information: a.Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address b.Proposed schedule for installation and configuration c.Terms of Use for proposed software licenses d.Statement addressing current registration status in SAM (www.sam.gov) e.Completed Representation and Certification as prescribed in FAR 52,212-3 Alt I f.At a minimum, the cost breakdown should include the line items listed below.
