- Wage Determinations Appendix C Safety Specifications Appendix A Equipment Listing Performance Work Statement (PWS) Solicitation Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a 100% small business set aside contract for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment personal protective equipment and clothing, hearing protection, eye protection including prescription safety glasses, materials and parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Remedial Maintenance (RM) on the Trumpf 5-Axis Laser Cutter System located on Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) at Tinker AFB, OK as listed in Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance is: 2 Sept 2013 - 1 Sept 2014 The proposed Option I period of performance is: 2 Sept 2014 - 1 Sept 2015 The proposed Option II period of performance is: 2 Sept 2015 - 1 Sept 2016 The estimated award date is 15 August 2013. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $7,000,000. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
