Description

This is a services contract to provide all labor, supervision, certain equipment/supplies, and transportation to provide total vegetation control on specific sandbars for the Corps of Engineers (Oahe Project ND). There is a total of 68 separate sandbar site (see attached maps). There will be a minimum 650 acres that will need to be sprayed and up to an addition 650 acres. A map and shapefile will be provided to the contractor by August 1st, 2013 with spray sites, exclusion areas and acreage totals. The 68 sites are located from just below the Garrison Dam to 20 mile south of Bismarck ND. There is a total of 102 river miles from the farthest north spray site to the farthest south site location. Actual acres will be determined through GPS data taken by contractor. The contractor will be paid for actual acres sprayed. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform spraying via helicopter to control/kill all vegetation for the Corps of Engineers as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
