- Redacted J&A Event planning services and administrative support for the Army Strong Bonds Program. Required training and event planning support includes assisting unit ministry teams with site selection, coordination for audio visual services and information technology, child care, conference space, lodging rooms, meals, and transportation. Administrative support includes online registration, post-event training assessments, program audit and evaluation, program process review, and liaison between DACH and local Strong Bonds Program Managers. Training events are conducted by commanders typically through their unit chaplain. There is an anticipated minimum of 4000 worldwide training events. The maximum attendance size of events are limited to: 60 participants (60 singles or 30 couples), or 30 families (60 adult participants plus children). less than br greater than The ASB Program is a holistic training program designed to develop ready and resilient Soldiers and Families. Strong Bonds is a chaplain-led program that was developed by the DACH to build and maintain strong family structures which have Title 10 U.S.C authorization. It is a preventative skills-based relationship building program that works to preserve and strengthen Army Families under stress from frequent deployments and the pressures of Army life in general, ultimately building resiliency of a stretched Army Force. Unit ministries teams (UMTs) typically comprised of one chaplain, one chaplain assistant, and one certified volunteer Strong Bonds instructor, conduct training specifically designed and oriented for single Soldiers, married couples, and families with children in 4-hour, 8-hour, or 12-hour training blocks. less than br greater than
