Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Project # 1AK2003 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Alaska City: Palmer/Wasilla Delineated Area: See attached map Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,004 office, 2,150 warehouse, 11,000 wareyard Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,329 office, 3,200 warehouse, 12,000 wareyard Space Type: Office, warehouse, wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 11 Parking Spaces (Surface): 11 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: Two 5 year options Additional Requirements: Office space must be directly attached to the warehouse space and have direct access, via a personnel door, to the warehouse space. Also, the warehouse space should have direct access, via a personnel door, to the wareyard space. Warehouse must have a minimum ceiling height of 20 ft. Garage door must have minimum access of 10 ft. wide x 12 ft. high. Require HVAC minimum temperature of 55 degrees Fahrenheit and lighting level of 10 foot candles at floor level. Sprinkler system is required. Floor loading minimum of 200 lbs. per sq.ft. Hot and cold water must be plumbed into space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
