- Drawings for Gering Facility Past Performance Evaluation Form Checklist for Janitorial Duties WAPA Form 3000-72 Foreign National Data Card Wage Determinations Performance Work Statement Solicitation DE-SOL-0005683 Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and any other resource necessary to complete janitorial services at the Gering Field Office, Gering, Nebraska. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business. The quotes will be evaluated, and award will be made in accordance with the simplified procedures authorized by Subpart 13 of the FAR and will be handled as a commercial services requirement in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. The NAICS is 561720 with a size standard of $16.5 million. A site visit is highly encouraged and can be arranged by contacting Clara Schildt at (308) 436-640. The Government will utilize the Performance Based Evaluation Process for award. The total duration for this contract will be one year; however, four (4) year options may be exercised by the discretion of the government. All offeror's must complete all portions of each section to be considered for award. Information hours are between 7am and 3pm MT Monday through Friday.
