- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item: Qty 1; Er:YAG Laser, Model CL1019 upgrade to improve flashlamp lifetime by at least 3x while preserving all other specification of Model CL1019. This requirement is sole sourced COE Optics, LLC, 343 Stardust Lance, Seneca SC 29672, due to existing Model CL1019 already in use... Any firms believing that they can provide the upgrade to the Model CL1019 flashlamp pumped Er:YAG Laser with such high power in multimode and single mode operation may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Er:YAG Laser, Model CL1019 Upgrade without causing programmatic hardship.
