- Pac Star 4100 Initial Package In accordance with 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984), Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation to award this requirement is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this requirement and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Because funds are not presently available for this requirement, quotes need to be valid until 30 Sep 2013. (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is FA5682-13-Q-C012. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-68, DFARS Change Notice 20130626, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2013-0327. (iv) There is no small business set-aside for this acquisition. The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 423690. Paragraph (b) Submission of offers is added to read: Quotations shall contain at a minimum the following information: Company name, POC name, phone, and e-mail, product part number, product description, quantity, unit of measure, unit price, shipping costs (if applicable), total price, discount terms, delivery terms. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. There are two specific evaluation criteria included in paragraph (a). The first one is (i) technical capability of the item quoted to meet the requirement of that provision. The last one is (ii) price. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process will be used in this acquisition. (x) The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The quotation must include a complete copy of this provision.
