Representation by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability Brand Name or Equal Specifications RFQ EE133F13RQ0522 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (supply) prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6., as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and is being conducted pursuant to FAR Part Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is EE-133F-13-RQ-0522. This synopsis/solicitation constitutes a RFQ and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 2005-68 dated June 26, 2013. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This RFQ is for "Brand Name or Equal" product. This is 100% set aside for small business and will be awarded as a firm fixed price purchase order. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334118 which has a corresponding business size standard of 1000 employees. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries, Northeast Fisheries Science Center's Ecosystems Survey Branch has a requirement for a quantity of (4) each 15" Universal Mount Monitors and Touchscreen. The RFQ is attached and the quoted product must meet the specifications for the Hope Industrial Systems model number HIS-UM15. The Request for Quotation and specifications are attached. This purchase order will be awarded as firm fixed price. Bids will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Line Items: Item Number / Description / Quantity / Unit CLIN 0001- 4 EA Hope Industrial Systems, HIS-UM15, Universal Mount Monitor, NEMA 4x, Stainless Steel, Analog Resistive Touchscreen with cover plate, power cord and KVM extender USB Connectivity or Equivalent.
