- Addenda to FAR 212-4 and FAR 212-5 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial BRAND NAME or equal IT items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation CC13HQQ0027 is issued as a Request for quote. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for participation by SDVOSB vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 423430, with a related small business size standard of 100 employees. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-68, effective 6/26/13. A single fixed-price purchase order is planned to be awarded on the basis of lowest-priced technically acceptable quote; however, the OCC reserves to make more than one award if doing so will result in the lowest overall total price to the agency. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors must included with their submission a completed copy of the provision at 52.213-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Additionally, the clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, as well as other attached OCC terms and conditions included as addenda to the clause. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition, to include the additional FAR clauses cited in the attached clause.
