- Q&A Table - with the addition of questions and answers 32-36 The Question and Answer Table has been modified to add questions 32through 36 - to clarify that: (1) the Period of Performance will start August 1, 2013; (2) brief resumes of technical staff that may work on this proposal should be included with contractor's offer, if available; (3) software patches and security upgreades should be included in contractor's offered pricing; (4) contractor need not have a GSA contract to qualify to make an offer; and (5)if, during the course of this contract, a software upgrade requires a firmware/hardware upgrade, the contractor will be repsonsible.
