- DRAFT Statement of Work SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is seeking qualified 8(a) sources that have capability to provide medical transcription services to support the appeals process of the CDC/NIOSH World Trade Center Health Program. The Contractor shall provide medical transcription services including Verbatim Recordings, Written Transcripts, and Final Report. Full detail is provided in the attached Draft Statement of Work. This procurement is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price. The Period of Performance is estimated to be from from 01 September 2013 through 31 August 2014 with no option periods. This requirement will be on an as-needed basis. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 561410 and the Small Business Size Standard is $14.0M. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement is attached. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to locate and identify qualified 8(a)contractors. Interested vendors are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by demonstrating Technical Capabilities (not to exceed ten (10) pages that summarizes relevant experience, knowledge, and capabilities consistent with the effort described in the Draft Statement Of Work. Please submit all documentation electronically to the Contracting Officer listed below. Proprietary data will be protected when so designated. Acknowledgement of receipt will not be made. Availability of any formal solicitation will be announced separately. This is NOT a request for proposal (RFP), invitation for bid (IFB), or an announcement of a solicitation as no solicitation package exists at this time. The request is for informal purposes only. No cost data should be submitted. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. CDC will utilize the information for technical and acquisition planning only. See attached Draft Statement of Work.
