- DO NOT CALL ABOUT THIS SOLICITATION! IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, PLEASE EMAIL: michelle.cope@navy.mil. Please provide a quote for the material/services attached. This will be an all or none based award. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible SMALL BUSINESS sources with the capability to provide the brand name product cited and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. All part numbers must be manufacturers part numbers. All quotes must include the delivery lead time after award of contract. All quotes MUST state whether or not the items quoted are TAA compliant. If the quote does not state whether the items are TAA compliant or not, the quote will be rendered incomplete and will not be used. Vendors must be registered in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). If you are not registered, your quote may be refused. Please keep your SAM updated. Please include your CAGE code on your quote. UID labels are required for all items with a unit price of $5,000.00 or over (MIL-STD-130N W/Change 1, 15-JUN-07). Quote is due to Michelle Cope, Business Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 4:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, 8 JUL 2013. Quotes will be accepted via email: michelle.cope@navy.mil. AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT CALL. If you have questions/concerns, please email them. The Government will not pay for any information received. The government will accept proposals via email at michelle.cope@navy.mil. The potential awardee is responsible for providing catalog and/or published price lists. If a price list is provided, you must still provide historical award information of previous (but recent) awards or orders sold to the general public from the OEM prior to the award being finalized (if available). It is imperative when providing this information to make sure the price lists are marked with what line item it corresponds with on the quote provided. This information is not required at time of quote, but will be required shortly thereafter if you are the potential awardee. Failure to provide information requested in a timely manner will result in potential awardee being displaced by the next lowest bidder.
