- Please note the grantee's responses to the following questions: 1. What is the anticipated outcome of the Desk/Research Study (e.g., will USTDA be making a go/no-go decision regarding project funding based on the outcome of the study)? - LADOL HAS ALREADY COMMITTED TO IMPLEMENTING A SOLUTION TO THAT ADDRESSES ITS NEEDS AS OUTLINED IN THE RFQ - THE USTDA'S ASSITANACE HAS ENABLED LADOL TO GAIN THE ASSISTANCE OF QUALIFIED CONSULTANTS TO HELP PRODUCE THE OPTIMAL SOLUTION 2. What is the size of the organization (e.g., number of personnel, departments, locations, servers, data centers, etc.)? - WE HAVE >150 PERSONNEL, GROWING TO TWICE THAT IN THE NEXT YEAR 3. What technologies are currently in use?- WE USE A RANGE OF TECHOLOGIES, THE COMPANY IS FULLY NETWORKED - BUT WE NEED TO SCALE UP RAPIDLY 4. What is the anticipated project timeline? - THE NEED IS IMMEDIATE THE TIMING OF THE PROJECT IS LAID OUT IN THE RFQ 5. Does the organization have a location in mind for the round table and if so, can you provide any details about the venue? - SORRY WHAT ROUND TABLE ARE YOU REFERRING TO? 6. Is there anything that would prohibit us from combining tasks (e.g.,business, software, hardware and infrastructure assessments)? - THE TENDER IS FOR A CONSULTANCY TO SUGGEST AN OPTIMAL SOLUTION, THERE IS NO GUARANTEED THAT THE SELECTED CONSULTANT WOULD ALSO PROVIDE THAT SOLUTION 7. In what form should the deliverables be made (e.g., soft or hard copy)? - PLEASE RESPOND AS PER THE RFQ INSTRUCTIONS 8. Are there any technology constraints with respect to soft copy deliverables? - WE CAN WORK WITH MOST COMMON FILE TYPES - PDF / WORD / EXCELL / POWER POINT. TYPICALLY A BASIC ODF FORMAT IS THE MOST EASILY ACCESSIBLE, BUT USE WHATEVER WILL GIVE YOU THE BEST PRESENTATION. IF THERE ARE ISSUES WE WILL CONTACT YOU.
