- SF 294 Subcontracting Form Place of Performance Provision ACH Vendor Payment Form Business Management Quest. Specification, CRFD/PD 99-01B, 03/05/2008 Cover Letter & Solicitation Document for CT2138-13 This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation number is CT2138-13 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-67. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313240 Knit fabric mills; the SBA small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a one (1) year, firm-fixed-price with four (4) one-year options Requirements type contract for the following commercial item: fabric, pre-cuts, black 100% polyester jersey, antimicrobial treated, with moisture management capability. Fabric pre-cuts are for the lining of the Army trunks, physical fitness uniform-gen II. The finished goods are for sale to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to supply the U.S. Army.
