Description

ATF Statement of Work THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY FOR PURPOSES OF CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH. ALL DOCUMENTS ARE DRAFT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP). The General Services Administration (GSA) is partnering with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (AFT) to provide innovative and responsive support to meet ATFs evolving mission needs to provide explosives training, R&D, and analysis as listed in the attached DRAFT SOW. Areas of special concern are in BOLD. The requirement is further identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The government at this time is requesting the following from prospective vendors: 1. An affirmation of interest and capability to perform the entire requirement. This should be provided to the government in the form of a capabilities statement. 2. Prospective vendors are free to ask questions and provide comments/suggestions on the requirement documents. The government is currently in the process of revising these documents and the government welcomes feedback. Question may or may not be answered at this time, but all data submitted will be considered in the on-going acquisition planning process. 3. All responses should be remitted to Dana Stewart at dana.stewart@gsa.gov.
