This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Request for Quote under solicitation number VA248-13-Q-2009 is being issued to purchase ecclesiastical supplies/equipment for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando Medical Center. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-64. This is a brand name or equal requirement. This is a total Small Business set-aside.
